BSF Educational Qualification:
The persons applying for these jobs should possess the following educational qualification from the Government Boards of Education.
Assistant Sub Inspector – Diploma
Constable – 10th Class or ITI
Sub Inspector – Diploma (Civil Engineering)
Junior Engineer / Sub Inspector – Diploma (Electrical Engineering)
Head Constable – 10th Class + ITI
BSF Age Limit:
Applicants must be within the following age limits.
Assistant Sub Inspector – Maximum 28 years
Constable – 18 years to 25 years
Sub Inspector – Maximum 30 years
Junior Engineer / Sub Inspector – Maximum 30 years
Head Constable – 18 years to 25 years
BSF Salary:
Rs.29,200/- to Rs.92,300/- for Assistant Sub Inspector and Rs.21,700/- to Rs.69,100/- for Constable.
Rs.35,400/- to Rs.1,12,400/- for the post of Sub Inspector,
Rs.35,400/- to Rs.1,12,400/- for Junior Engineer / Sub Inspector,
Head Constable post will be paid from Rs.25,500/- to Rs.81,100/- as monthly salary.
